The Canterbury Food Bank has been a lifeline for many families over the last year, they’ve provided food for more than 62,800 meals. With the increased demand of their services the charity was struggling with the lack of IT equipment and a reliable print device, the volunteers were using their personal laptops which has it’s risks so they needed a dedicated PC for the office. We were able to donate a Windows 10 PC and a colour printer to help them continue to provide an excellent service to the local community, through the support of our customers we are able to assist local organisations like the Canterbury Food Bank.

This equipment will be very useful when managing the operations of the charity.
At a time when expenditure is greater than we could have imagined before the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the current situation has certainly tested the charity over recent months.
Through the dedication of the trustees, staff and volunteers and the generosity of supporters such as yourself, the charity has so far been able to meet the challenges of funding, volunteer staffing and finding food resources. The pandemic meant that the charity needed to radically change the method employed to distribute the food parcels.”
